For that press and hold the top button of iPhone to switch it on. And then plug the USB port in your computer by using USB cable. Then click on start button and in All programs run iTunes in PC. For the Mac users the only thing is to click on the iTunes button to start it and for the Windows users at first open the Application folder in the Finder and then double click on the iTunes, to open it. Then under Devices option in iTunes right click the iPhone tab and click on backup button. After this click on restore button in summary section of iTunes and then click “restore” button and wait for the process to complete.
After this click on the continue button to restore the iPhone backup and then wait for the restoration to complete. If this does not work then you can use third party software known as iPhone backup Tool.
