The SD card gives a card error message because there is some sort of corruption in the file system. Many times when we see such a message, what we do is format the memory card without knowing what the consequences will be. We think that we have got rid of the error message but as a matter of fact you have also got rid of all the photos that were stored in the memory card by formatting it.

The other thing what people do when the SD card shows an error is that they keep on licking photos and does not pay attention to the error message displayed by the memory card.
